About the Role
We’re looking for curious and driven French-speaking developers to contribute to a variety of tech projects — from early-stage web and mobile applications to AI-based tools. You’ll have real responsibilities, freedom to explore solutions, and the chance to grow your skills fast. This role is perfect for developers who want hands-on experience across different domains without being boxed into a specific stack.
- Collaborate on web, mobile, or AI-focused projects from prototype to launch
- Research and suggest technical solutions based on project needs
- Translate client needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Own and maintain the product backlog
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features
- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives
- Provide regular product updates to stakeholders
- Act as the main liaison between French-speaking clients and internal teams
- Communicate progress and challenges clearly and proactively
- Background in IT or prior experience as a developer (e.g., web, mobile, or related roles)
- Comfortable picking up new tools or technologies on the fly
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – must be able to lead discussions with French clients
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech environment
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and a collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take initiative
