WE ARE HIRING: French Project Manager
Level: Junior/Middle/Senior

About the Role

Digital Unicorn is seeking a French-speaking Project Manager to oversee and coordinate IT projects for our French-speaking clients. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery, while acting as the main point of contact between clients and our internal development teams.

This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience managing Agile software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between French-speaking clients and internal teams.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project KPIs and report progress regularly to management and clients.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • French nationality (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; background in software development is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in IT or software development projects).
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) – must be able to lead discussions with French clients.
  • Good command of English for internal communication.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
