UNITY DEVELOPER (MOBILE GAMES) - MID LEVEL
Type: Freelancer
Hard Skills:
- Unity Engine: Expert-level Unity 2021.3+ LTS, C# programming, Unity lifecycle
- Mobile Development: iOS and Android optimization, platform-specific features
- Game Programming: Game mechanics, physics, animations, AI behaviors
- Graphics: Shader programming, texture optimization, lighting systems
- Performance: Memory management, frame rate optimization, profiling tools
- Monetization: In-app purchases, ads integration (AdMob, Unity Ads)
- Backend Integration: REST APIs, multiplayer networking, cloud saves
Architecture & Tools:
- MVC/MVP patterns and clean architecture principles
- Version control with Git and collaborative workflows
- Build automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Analytics integration (Firebase, GameAnalytics)
- A/B testing and live ops implementation
Template & Runner Games:
- Experience with runner game mechanics and templates
- Template customization and feature extension
- Rapid prototyping and iteration workflows
- Asset pipeline optimization for template-based development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customize and extend runner game templates for mobile platforms
- Implement new features and mechanics on existing game frameworks
- Optimize template performance for various mobile devices
- Integrate monetization systems into template-based games
- Collaborate with designers to implement visual and gameplay changes
- Manage multiple game variants from shared template codebase
- Handle game updates and live operations for template-based titles
