WE ARE HIRING: Test Engineer (QA, Manual):
Level: Middle
Type: Full-time In-house, On-site
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand requirement documents (RE), user flows, and product features
- Create detailed test checklists and test cases
- Perform manual testing on Web and Mobile applications
- Report bugs clearly on Jira, provide sufficient context for developers
- Coordinate with developers to verify bug fixes and perform re-testing
- Participate in QA planning, reviews, and status updates
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in QA/manual testing
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes
- Familiar with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and structured in approach
- Good communication skills; ability to communicate test scenarios and results
- Able to work on-site full-time with cross-functional teams
- English: Good English communication skills
