WE ARE HIRING: Flutter Developer (Senior-Level) - Bluetooth communication


Level: Senior

Type: Freelancer


We're looking for a Mid-Level Flutter Developer with strong Bluetooth communication expertise to join our team for an exciting offline-focused project. This role is crucial for building core features that enable seamless offline experiences.

What You'll Work On

  • Develop offline multiplayer games using Flutter
  • Build offline chat functionality
  • Implement Bluetooth-based communication between devices
  • Create smooth, responsive mobile experiences

Required Skills

  • From 5 years of Flutter development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and Classic Bluetooth
  • Experience with Flutter Bluetooth packages (flutter_blue_plus, flutter_bluetooth_serial, or similar)
  • Understanding of peer-to-peer (P2P) communication
  • Solid grasp of Dart programming
  • Experience with state management (Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc)

Nice to Have

  • Previous work on offline-first applications
  • Experience with local data synchronization
  • Knowledge of WebRTC or other P2P protocols
  • Published apps using Bluetooth features
  • Gaming or real-time communication app experience

Job Title: Unity Developer (Junior-Mid)


Level: Junior/Middle

Type: Full-time

Budget: Gross 25,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND/month


About the Role

We are looking for a Unity Developer (Mid–Senior level) to join our team and work on mobile game development and live production builds. You will be responsible for gameplay features, performance optimization, and delivering stable builds for Android/iOS.

You should be comfortable working independently, proposing technical solutions, and improving existing code.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize gameplay features in Unity (C#).
  • Integrate game logic, UI, animations, effects, and networking flows.
  • Build and deliver stable Android/iOS releases (Gradle, SDK, dependencies).
  • Debug and fix crashes, performance issues, and memory leaks.
  • Work with designers / PM to turn requirements into shippable features.
  • Write clean, modular, documented code that can be reused and scaled.
  • Support migration / upgrade of Unity versions and third-party SDKs.

Nice to Have / Plus

  • Experience with Photon (PUN / Fusion) or other multiplayer frameworks.
  • Experience with in-app purchases, ads SDK, analytics SDK.
  • Experience with CI/CD for Unity builds.
  • Experience publishing to App Store / Play Store.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Unity and C# (game or real-time interactive app).
  • Strong understanding of game architecture, scene management, prefabs, events, ScriptableObjects.
  • Solid debugging skills on Android (logcat, crashes, dependency conflicts).
  • Ability to work with Git in a team environment.
  • Good communication in English (written).

Technical Skills:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to join our IT software company. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead technical teams, drive architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support
  • Define and drive technical architecture and best practices across projects
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
